Payment Terms

Invoices are sent out on the 1st and the 15th of the month.
Payments are due within 5 days of invoicing.  If the payment is late, we reserve the right to add on a 3% late charge to the outstanding balance.

All of our payments are made through Paypal. You can pay by credit card or your checking account at no charge with your free Paypal account.

Rates

We offer monthly and hourly rates.

Hourly Rates:

Our rates are established by the work you need done. Our hourly rates range from $20 – $35 an hour, based on the qualifications required for the task or project you request.

We bill in 15 minute increments after a 2 hour minimum.

First time clients will receive 10% off of their first project or their first month (if using a retainer package).

Retainer Packages:

A monthly retainer rate is also available to those clients who are in need of our VA services for several hours each month. Blocks of time per month can be purchased and you can use the hours however you like. Retainer packages offer a 10- 20% discount, depending on the number of hours you use.

If you don’t use all the hours during that month, you will lose them (they do not carry over from month to month).

Retainer packages must be paid for at the beginning of each month.
