Interview with Crystal Parrett

Please take a moment to read this before hiring TimeSavers Virtual Solutions for your business needs.

What are the benefits of using a virtual assistant?

Using a Virtual Assistant is cost-effective and saves you time. Since we work as an independent contractor, there are no employee-related taxes or costs, such as insurance, benefits, paid vacations, sick leave or holidays.

We work from our own office space, providing our own office equipment, so you don’t have to worry about having additional office space, equipment or supplies.

We also save you money, because unlike an employee, you only pay us for the actual time we work on your tasks. So you aren’t paying for coffee breaks, unproductive work hours, or training for new employees. You only pay for the services or time you need.

We save you time by taking over the daily, administrative tasks so you have more time to go out and grow your business. You have time to spend on actual income-producing activities, and almost all of our clients grow their income to more than cover the cost of using our services.

Using a Virtual Assistant is easy. We are available on an as-needed basis. If  you have a busy season or need varying hours from one month to the next, you only hire us for the time you need to.  Also, since we are trained in all of the services we offer, you don’t have to worry about taking your time to train someone, like you would a new employee.

Using a Virtual Assistant is flexible. Since we work with you virtually (online, by phone, and/or by fax), if your company (or you) relocates you don’t have to worry about changing your assistant – no need to rehire, train and develop new relationships.

Using a Virtual Assistant can actually increase your income. Since the VA is now taking over the administrative, non-income producing tasks, most clients see an increase in revenue as they are able to turn more of their attention to those income-producing activities they had to postpone before.

I’ve never worked with a Virtual Assistant before? How do I figure out what tasks to give you?

1. Decide what you want to achieve. Identify the end result you are wanting to achieve. This information should come from your Business Plan, your Marketing Plan and your Goals.

2. Make a list of tasks to be completed daily, weekly and monthly.
Make a list of the most time-consuming tasks. If you want to stop procrastinating, make a list of tasks that you frequently put off. If you are feeling stressed, list what creates stress in your life. Evaluate your business plan, budget and your deadlines. These items are what you need to progress your business.

3. Select the items you want your Virtual Assistant to do.
Get started by taking the list you just made, and delegating what you need done from that list to your virtual assistant. Get into the habit of delegating to your virtual assistant anything you don’t need to do personally. You will find that most of the work that can be done by your virtual assistant will free up your time to do more important jobs within your business.

Once you have made up your list of tasks you would like to delegate to us, then call or email us with your list.  You can also schedule your free 30 minute consultation if you want us to help you come up with your list. We will then provide you with a quote for the work you would like us to do.

How are you different from other “virtual assistants?”

I really understand and empathize with where working moms are coming from. I get so much joy out of helping them to succeed, that I focus my practice specifically with moms who work as sole practitioners or who own very small businesses. In other words, I don’t consult with people in mid-sized companies or large corporations and I’m not a Jill-of-all-trades. What that means to you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for the mom who also wants to run a successful business.

I also specialize in helping business owners with their social marketing campaigns. I love learning as much as I can about using social media to market my own business, and in turn, I take this knowledge and help my clients to grow their own business using similar techniques.

Crystal, based on everything I’ve read and heard about you, I know you’re the one I want to work with. What are my options for getting started with you?

Congratulations on making a decision to improve your business and your life! I’m happy to work with you to help you achieve your business goals…

If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample your work to see if it’s the right solution for me?

There are a couple of ways to sample my work. One way is to subscribe to our weekly email newsletter. You can also schedule a free 30 minute Consultation, where we will go over how you currently do business, what you would like your business to ultimately look like, and some ideas on how you may be able to get there. This also gives us a chance to see if we have the same beliefs, theories and ideas and ensure we would work well together.

OK, I’m ready to do this for myself and for my business, but I have a couple of additional questions. Can I call you?

Good, sounds like you’re ready to start going for your ideal business! Yes, if you have a couple of questions, just give me a call at (916) 259-3361 or email my team at info@timesaversvirtualsolutions.com and we’ll be happy to walk you through the different options to see which one will be the very best for you.

You can be confident knowing that everything is organized and clear.

You can be assured that all of the loose ends are being looked over, and nothing is falling through the cracks.

It’s time to stop feeling out-of-control, frazzled, and over-worked.

I can’t wait to see you succeed and am honored to be the one to help you. Let’s start making your business a success!
